Pitkin's is a family business that was opened 30 years ago by two brothers, Tom and Ron Pitkin.
Tom and Ron took great care to stock original replacement parts as local builders changed their standard features over the decades.

Tom and Ron eventually passed the torch to a new generation. Sisters Sarah and Amy Pitkin are in charge today, carrying forward the lessons they learned about running the world's best hardware store from their Dad and Uncle.
