I wanted to take the time to tell you how GREAT these 2 years have been for Jack and I.
We LOVE our home! I mean LOVE our home!
It has become a safe haven for us as well as the peace that we both need in our life after a long hard days worth of work.

Erick, I remember the story the home inspector told about Jack and Dee-Dee's inspection. He said when he turned on the water, it flowed out of the light fixtures on every level.
I remember you stating, Dee Dee and Jack were troupers and still wanted to persue the dream of owning that home. You negotiated hard for them as them remained focused on the vision of how they could make that abandoned foreclosure into a wonderful home.
