You get a Marketer, or you get a Lister.
A Lister practices the "Three P's" of real estate: 1. Put a sign in the front yard; 2. Put a listing in the MLS; 3. Pray the house sells quickly.
A Marketer takes far more action.
The Marketer will also put the sign in the front yard, and an entry in the MLS.
